About Us
Investment Title & Closing Services started on June 1, 2006. The company may be new, but the experience of our team is not. Together we have combined experience and knowledge in the lending and title industry of over 90 years.
Our team has one goal; make our customers feel welcome, give them a great product and attend to their needs in a professional and caring manner. We understand the importance of every transaction and strive for excellence. This is what can happen with a great team of individuals working for you.
Kim Jacobs, President of ITCS; has 27 years in the lending and title insurance industry with vast knowledge in commercial and residential underwriting practices. For most of her years in the title industry she worked as a national underwriter, managing the production and closing departments, underwriting and closing residential and commercial transactions, training new agents and employees and working with legal entities on claims. It has always been her goal to make sure the customers complete their transactions and leave with what she calls that “Warm and Fuzzy” feeling.

Debra Berg, Operations Manager; has been underwriting commitments and policies for the last 9 years. She handles all general production; generation of system documents, maintenance of web-based orders along with all document uploads. She also handles all security needs for our customers and their orders. To maintain our strong commitment to customer service she guarantees all insurance policies out within 72 hours. She feels, as well as the entire team, that the customers purchase products and services and both should be delivered in a timely fashion.

Sandra Hendrickson, Business Development Officer; brings 30 years of title insurance experience to her position and is very respected by her peers. She has been very active in many organizations such as; Charter Member of Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR), Charter Member of Commercial Real Estate Women (Crew), past Board Member of the Apartment Association and Income Property Owners Association (I.P.O.A) and is a current member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce. Kathy Bastian, Closing Officer; has been in the lending and title industry 30+ years. While she is a part time closing agent with the company, she brings many years of experience in the residential closing arena. Working closely with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Attorneys, Sellers and Buyers, Kathy will bring it all together and you can expect a fast, accurate and professional closing on all sales or refinances.
