About Us
Investment Title & Closing Services started on June 1, 2006. The company may be new, but the experience of our team is not. Together we have combined experience and knowledge in the lending and title industry of over 100 years.
The goal of our team is to make our customers feel welcome, give them a great product and attend to their needs in a professional and caring manner. We understand the importance of every transaction and strive for excellence. This is what can happen with a great team of individuals working for you.
At Investment Title & Closing Services we have a vast knowledge and experience in commercial and residential underwriting practices. We are experienced at underwriting and closing residential and commercial transactions. We work closely with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Attorneys, Sellers and Buyers, to bring it all together so you can expect a fast, accurate and professional closing on all sales or refinances.
Organization Involvement:
- Investment Title & Closing Services is active in many organizations such as; Charter Member of Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW), Charter Member of Commercial Real Estate Women (Crew), past Board Member of the Apartment Association and Income Property Owners Association (I.P.O.A) and is a current member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and a board member of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce.
